Developer Sucker Punch has revealed some crucial details regarding its upcoming superhero action game* inFamous*: Namely, the (previously announced) official release dates the game and the (newly revealed) release date for its demo.
In a bit of news posted to the PlayStation 3-exclusive game's website Friday morning, Sucker Punch reminds gamers that the game will ship to retail here in The States on May 26. European gamers will receive the title only a few days later, on May 29.
Can't wait that long to see how the game has turned out? Sucker Punch also promises that a free playable demo will reach the PlayStation Network Store come May 21.
After reading our preview, I'm very curious about this game. Licensed superhero games have traditionally been a bit on the "terrible" side, but games lacking Marvel and DC's finest underwear perverts (specifically Crackdown) have been very fun. Here's hoping Sucker Punch's title can live up to that trend.
