New York artist Toland Grinnell has a lot of baggage - 450 pounds of it, to be precise. Designed as a one-off for French luggage maker Goyard, this shipping crate-sized trunk packs an iPod, a pocket bike, two skateboards, custom-designed 1,000-watt speakers, and dual George Foreman grills. Grinnell says the piece, titled Goyard Entertainment Center, also has "one supernerd component" he's especially proud of: a universal socket that accepts power cords from anywhere in the world.

Grinnell's obsession with electronics doesn't end there. He recently did an installation for RadioShack's headquarters that combines dozens of the retailer's wares - including a security monitor, keyboard, and printer - with a Habitrail-style hamster maze. "It's 8 million useless things that plug in," he says. Grinnell's trunk goes on display at Barneys in New York this spring, before traveling to Tokyo and Paris.
